Winter Awards Ceremony

The School of Nursing invites students, families, friends, and alumni to celebrate student achievement during Winter Awards. This special event that recognizes students who are completing their academic studies at Emory University in December. A special reception will be held immediately following the awards ceremony.


Graduate Winter Awards Ceremony 

Date: Friday, December 8, 2017

Event Information
The Graduate Winter Awards Ceremony will take place at 2 p.m. Friday, December 8th in Glenn Memorial Auditorium. Doors will open at 1 p.m. Students MUST arrive at Glenn Memorial promptly at 1:15 p.m. for lineup. There will be a small dessert reception following the ceremony at School of Nursing. 

Event Attire
The dress code for this event is business attire. 

Event Tickets*
Students are limited to six guest tickets per person. You will receive another notification when tickets are  available for pickup in the Office of Enrollment and Student Affairs. You must pick up your own tickets. You will be required to confirm receipt with your signature. Your guests must present their tickets at the door for entry into the event. 

*TICKET DISCLAIMER: Lost tickets will not be replaced. Please keep them in a secure place. If you do not plan to use all of your tickets, you may give them to another student that is in need of additional ones. 

Registration 
Students must RSVP for themselves and their guests. Please use the button below to RSVP by Thursday, November 30, 2017. There is a limit of six  guests per student. Click here to register.
