Career Advising

Career Services provides targeted career guidance through personalized career coaching, mock interviews, and resume and cover letter critique. You can schedule individual appointments with a career counselor or attend a walk-in session. Resume review sessions are held on Tuesdays and Fridays, and can be scheduled online.

Recruitment Programs

The Health Care Career Fair is great opportunity to connect with recruiters from the Atlanta area as well as health care systems across the Southeast. These organizations are looking for qualified School of Nursing students and graduates for open positions.

Exclusive Job and Externship Postings

The Office of Career Services at the School of Nursing manages an internal employment listing site.  Click here to visit the School of Nursing internal job posting board. If you would like to apply for positions or submit your resume for consideration you must create an account. We include both full-time and part-time positions on this site.

Nursing students may request access to Eagle Ops if they are interested in part-time on or off-campus positions, but please note that no nursing-related roles will be posted on Eagle Ops.

You should also visit the Emory SON Liquid Compass job portal for all current nursing positions for enrolled students (tech and part-time options), new BSN grads (residency programs and more) and new MSN graduates.  The openings on this site are updated every day. Click here for more information.

Speakers and Programs

Career Services hosts Lunch and Learn events each semester that offer resume writing and interviewing tips with nurse recruiters from Emory Healthcare as well mock interview programs.

Other strategic career programming includes etiquette dinners and networking events such as speed networking, which is coordinated by the Office of Development and Alumni Relations at the School of Nursing.
