Dr. Marissa Terry is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Emory University's Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing, where she brings extensive experience in pediatric acute care nursing and education.
Dr. Terry maintains an active clinical practice as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite, where she has served since 2019, specializing in pediatric general surgery and trauma care. Her professional journey includes significant experience at multiple prestigious children's hospitals, where she developed comprehensive expertise in acute pediatric care with a focus on delivering patient-centered, equitable healthcare.
As a dedicated educator, Dr. Terry coordinates and teaches multiple courses at Emory NHWSON, demonstrating her commitment to developing the next generation of nurses and pediatric nurse practitioners.
