Our natural disasters, environmental, and climate science faculty conduct scientific research to advance the understanding of the effects of climate change and environmental hazards on human health. Our research focuses on the burden of environmental health inequalities and aims to make significant contributions to improving the health of individuals, families, and communities, particularly in light of current threats to planetary health. Through community-engaged research, we develop evidence-based solutions to address environmental health hazards and the climate crisis.
